I've spent 24 years building enterprise web systems, with the last 15 focused on large-scale commerce. I work primarily in the SAP Commerce (Hybris) ecosystem — architecting and leading B2B and B2C implementations for global manufacturers, pharmaceutical distributors, national grocers, and specialty retailers.

My work sits at the intersection of technical architecture and business outcomes. I translate complex platform capabilities into decisions that teams can actually execute — and that stakeholders can understand well enough to fund.

Recently I've been focused on two things: composable commerce modernization (helping clients move away from monolith commerce without burning everything down) and the practical application of AI in commerce infrastructure (search, personalization, development tooling). Both are areas where the gap between vendor hype and production reality is still large, and where good architecture decisions compound over years.
